Lead a project

Roles for leaders of our programmes are open. We offer people, knowledge and a place to work.

Why

Good ideas often do not take off, not because the idea is weak but because there is no team beside it. We want to connect people who are ready to lead a project with those who are ready to help.

How

You write to us and tell us about yourself. We get to know you, discuss the idea and your experience, and decide together how you could start.

What you get

• access to our network of contacts and experts;
• the full support of the community;
• a role in managing the project, including a part in administering grants;
• the chance to be paid from project funds when they arrive. Some of the work is voluntary and some may be paid. We do not guarantee pay until there is funding.

Which programmes

Roles are open in all our programmes except Heritage, where the project already has a leader. We do not publish specific vacancies yet. One direction is already looking for a leader: Social enterprise.

How to apply

Write to us and tell us your name, which direction interests you, your experience in two or three sentences and the best way to reach you.

You do not need a title. You need an idea and the readiness to answer for it.
