Photo and video policy

We photograph and film our events, and we do it with respect.

What we do

• At events we tell guests that photos and video are being taken.
• We publish photos where a person can be recognised only if they agree. Ask the photographer or an organiser if you do not want to be in a picture.
• We publish photos of children only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• We do not publish photos taken in situations where people have not agreed to be filmed, such as relaxation practices, unless every person shown has agreed.
• We credit the photographer where they ask us to.

Taking a photo down

If you see a photo of yourself on our site or in our channels and want it removed, write to info@fortunacommunity.ie with the page or link. We will remove it as soon as we can.
