Event terms

The simple rules that keep our meetings friendly.

Joining

Events are announced on the events page. Each announcement says the place, the time and whether there is a charge. If an event is paid, we say so before you join.

If you cannot come

Please tell us as early as you can, so that someone else can take your place.

If we cancel

If we cancel or move an event, we will say so on the events page.

Behaviour

We want everyone to feel at ease. We do not accept insults, harassment, discrimination or pressure to drink. An organiser may ask a guest who breaks these rules to leave.

Age

Our meetings are for adults. See Child safeguarding for events where families are welcome.
